My task for this project was to rebrand the packaging for COPIC's famous line of alcohol-based markers along with the marker container. The family of markers include the COPIC Classic, Sketch, and Ciao, while the container houses 36 markers. I started with thumbnail sketches, then roughs, comps, and finally the digital print layouts that I printed and assembled into physical mock-ups. This is all paired with an in-depth creative brief (link below) explaining my design process in comparison to the current design and the marketing goals of COPIC. The digital designs were constructed in Adobe Illustrator, the brief in InDesign, and the concepts in a sketchbook.
